Imperial College London offers more than 2,000 bedrooms as B&B or room only accommodation in central London from July to September each year.
With rooms available in South Kensington and North Acton in London, it’s the ideal choice for summer schools, educational trips, residential conferences and groups looking to explore the capital.
Groups also have the opportunity to book classrooms and lecture theatres at Imperial’s South Kensington campus, ideal for summer schools.

South Kensington
Prince’s Gardens and Beit Hall in South Kensington offer single, twin and double bedroom options, with either en-suite or shared bathroom facilities, and have both been rated 4* by Visit England.
Both residences are located just a few minutes from Hyde Park, the Science, Natural History and Victoria & Albert Museums, the Royal Albert Hall and Knightsbridge. If you’re looking to travel further afield, South Kensington and Gloucester Road tube stations are less than a 10-minute walk away.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner options are available for groups staying at Prince’s Gardens and Beit Hall and Imperial’s extensive range of classrooms and lecture theatres can also be hired.
Please note that Beit Hall is only available to guests over the age of 18.
North Acton
Woodward Buildings and Kemp Porter Buildings in North Acton are Imperial’s newest residences offering single and twin en-suite bedrooms in cluster style apartments. Kitchens and communal areas can be transformed into flexible teaching space, whilst the roof terrace and games rooms provide spaces to relax as a group.
Both properties are excellently located with a variety of shops and food outlets within a short walk. North Acton tube station provides quick and easy access to Oxford Circus and central London in under 20 minutes.
Breakfast, packed lunches and counter meals are available for groups staying in North Acton, along with classrooms, meeting rooms, communal spaces, music rehearsal rooms and flexible teaching spaces.
