High Force Waterfall is one of the most spectacular waterfalls in the UK situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Surrounded by the stunning countryside of Upper Teesdale the circular woodland walk to the falls is the perfect day out. Guided tours are available to learn more about the geology, history and wildlife surrounding you.
The waterfall walk is complimented by High Force Hotel and Restaurant which is the perfect rural retreat which has recently been transformed with new individually designed en-suite bedrooms, combining country charm with fresh, modern facilities. Alongside this, the hotel has a popular restaurant that serves the most delicious, locally sourced dishes from light lunches through to evening meals.
Admission to High Force Waterfall is £2.50 per adult and £1.50 per child. Group admission rates can apply to 16 or more people visiting. Parking charges apply for cars, minibuses and coaches.
